Based on the reviews I read on this board, I too hooked up with a jetting kit from LTR for my 01' XC250. I was 100% impressed with the performance improvement the jetting kit provided (and I thought I had it jetted *just* right). I didn't think there was any room for improvement but I was wrong. This weekend I installed the LTR High Volume Power Valve Cover and took the GG out for a tough, technical ride outside Idaho City. This ride was chock full of long, dry, steep climbs and switchbacks with some high speed sections tossed in for good measure. I noticed even better throttle response, low end grunt and midrange pull.
I think the LTR Jetting Kit and Hi-Vo PV Cover compliment each other very well. I highly recommend both! Great 'bang for the buck'. I love riding this bike more than ever!

I also installed the LTR power valve cover.The fit is perfect and the style and overall look is awesome. I installed the cover and the jetting kit together so I'm not sure which modification to thank first. My bike rips in any and all RPM range. From a crawl I can give it full throttle and it accelerates without hesitation. I was hillclimbing some huge sand hills and was still in third gear at the top. People actually gather around to watch others attempt these hills. Definitely not third gear hills! I am definitely happy with LTR's products. They make a great bike even better.

Hi, I installed one of the LTR covers on my brothers EC200 and it made a big difference in low end power and response. He raced it in a hare scramble last weekend and noticed the difference right away. He said that the bike felt more responsive and that it had more low end torque. I rode it around the neighborhood, and now when you snap the throttle it breaks the rear tire loose on the pavement!
I am at about 1000 ft with temps around 70F. The LTR products made a significant difference in the bike. The added low end makes it easier to climb technical areas and the extra snap is nice for lifting the front over obstacles. The motor delivers such smooth power, it is amazing for a 2-stroke, this setup really enhances it and makes it better.
